Our Twenty Eleven

So its been so long since I posted on my blog, this has no reflection on my life.....as a close friend pointed out, this doesn't mean we have boring lives, just far too busy to blog it.....so here we go, I'm back........so here is just a few of the things we did in 2011........holidays, adventures, time with friends, old and new, weddings, funerals, homeschooling, etc etc......take a look, hope I don't bore you to tears.....

Our Long Awaited Cruise!!!

August 4th, all aboard!!!! Yay, we finally board P & O Pacific Dawn. We set sail Wednesday at 4pm for 3 nights, destination.....nowhere!!!! The ship was awesome, bigger than I ever imagined. The party started as we set sail with live band and dancing. We had a great time, the kids loved the kids clubs and it was all over too quickly. A wonderful experience and maybe some day we will sail the seas once again, hopefully to the islands of the south pacific!!!

Caloundra Air Museum's Open Cockpit Weekend
This was a great day out, the kids loved it, sitting in the planes and pretending they knew how to fly them....








Our friends built a billy cart and let us have a ride on them....it was heaps of fun!!!
